Client Support - Refund Policy
Each of Global Presence's Web hosting plans carries a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount less any additional fees or overages. No refund is available after the 30th day.
For annual Web hosting contracts, a refund equal to the remainder of complete months of the contract amount less any additional fees and overages will be given if Global Presence is notified prior to the first day of the next complete month of the contract term. For example, on a 6 month contract, Global Presence must receive the notice of cancellation prior to the first day of the fourth month of the contract to receive a full two month refund.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages,
additional disk space, additional bandwidth, etc.
All cancellations must be received in writing as per the deadlines indicated. Cancellations by e-mail, fax, post mail, or cancellation form notifications are acceptable. Cancellation notifications must include full name, account name, last 4 digits of credit card on file, and a reason for cancellation.
If payment was made by cheque or bank transfer, the zip/postal code of the primary contact must be included. Payment will be made by company cheque within 15 days of receipt of cancellation or credit card return. The account will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period, unless a date of cancellation is specified.
Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
Global Presence reserves the right to cancel service at any time. If cancellation is caused by customers violation of Global Presence's policies, then no refund is due.
